Return and Refund Policy

At MSW Nutrition, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality to our customers. To ensure the utmost authenticity, potency, and safety, all our products undergo rigorous testing, and for this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

Claims regarding shortages, incorrect items, or damages must be made within five (5) days of delivery. Each claim will be carefully reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we are unable to honor claims pertaining to subscriptions not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Procedure

In the event that we decide to honor a claim, the following procedure applies:

Once we receive your item, we will carry out a thorough inspection. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process. We will inform you of the status of your refund after the item has been inspected.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus 15% for a restocking fee and the price of the return shipping label) to your original method of payment. This could be a credit card or any other form of payment you used.


Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer's policies. We assure you of our constant efforts to facilitate this process swiftly.
