MSW Nutrition — Shipping Policy

At MSW Nutrition, we want your order to reach you quickly and accurately. Please review the policy below so you know what to expect and how we handle shipping issues. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation at checkout and a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Estimated transit time is typically 2–7 business days after your order is fulfilled, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order-processing time.
Shipping Addresses — Please Double-Check Yours
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.
- Need to fix an address? Contact us right away. We can only change a shipping address before the order has shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, we are unable to modify the destination.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we're glad to reship it once you cover the reshipment shipping cost, or we can refund the product amount (less original shipping).
- Orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not the responsibility of MSW Nutrition.
Tracking, Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the package is in the carrier's possession and control. From that point forward, responsibility for transit, delivery, and any loss, theft, delay, or misdelivery rests with the carrier — not with MSW Nutrition.
A package marked "Delivered" by the carrier — including delivery confirmed by GPS location or a delivery photo — is considered delivered and fulfilled on our end.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please:
- Check around your property — porch, mailbox, garage, side doors — and ask household members and neighbors. (Carriers occasionally leave packages at a neighboring address; a delivery photo can help you identify where it was left.)
- Allow up to 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan items as "delivered" a little early.
- File a claim directly with the carrier. Because the package is in their hands once scanned, the carrier is the party responsible for locating it or compensating for a lost or misdelivered shipment. We'll gladly provide the tracking number and order details you need to open that claim.
MSW Nutrition is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen (including theft from a porch or mailbox), delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier after acceptance and scanning. These claims must be filed with the carrier.
As a courtesy, we may choose to assist with or replace an order at our sole discretion. When we do, it is a one-time goodwill gesture and not a guarantee, obligation, or precedent.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our control. Posted delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Reporting an Issue — Time Limit
Please report any non-delivery, missing item, or damaged item within 14 days of the expected or shown delivery date. We may be unable to assist with issues reported after this window, since carrier claim periods also expire.
Refused & Returned Packages
Packages refused at delivery, or returned to us after repeated failed delivery attempts, are treated as a return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we can reship at your expense.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship on your renewal date and follow this same shipping policy.
